We couldn’t let the marriage of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle pass by without a window display to celebrate.
Every morning my dog walk takes me through farm tracks, country greenways, fields and woods. The week before the wedding I foraged wild pink campians, which grow so happily where I live, along with cow parsley and long grasses. I gathered these together with euphorbia, peonies and aquilegia. I arrived at work on Friday morning laden with foliage and spring flowers. I am no florist, but really enjoy making a bouquet and it is all the more rewarding when the flowers are straight out of the garden.
We made sure we represented the flags of both Harry and Meghan in the window.
The finished display is a lovely combination of wild flowers and colour.
